My name is Dani and I’m the owner of Wellish! As a wellness physical therapist, fitness specialist, and certified wellness coach, I want my clients to love their wellness journey. Instead, many say they can’t do enough, feel frustrated, bogged down, or just simply overwhelmed. Life’s imperfect and your wellness journey can be too. It’s not an all or nothing proposition! Investing in even small acts of caring for yourself, like daily movement, breath work, or gratitude practices can add up to big benefits for your heath. Wellish was born out of a passion to bring real life healthy practices to people who were unhappy with their wellness journey. Quick and easy tips and tricks, doable and sustainable ways to infuse wellness into your busy life. No. You don’t need to be perfect! Sometimes you just need to be well•ish, the perfectly imperfect practice of wellness!
